BookFlow provides AI-powered lead capture and calendar management tools for home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and similar). We find homeowners who need services and help businesses manage inbound leads and bookings.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We may terminate accounts that provide false information.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at the rate in effect at the time of billing. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice sent to the email on your account.

You retain all rights to the lead data you collect through BookFlow. You are responsible for ensuring your use of lead data complies with applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations and privacy requirements.
We are not responsible for how you use, store, or market to the leads captured through your use of our service.
BookFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
You retain ownership of your own data and content.
Our service integrates with third-party services (including Stripe for payments, and OpenAI for AI features). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, or reliability of third-party services.
OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOKFLOW AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BookFlow and its affiliates from any claim, demand, damage, or loss (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account and/or a notice on our website. Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
